She is a multi-award-winning leadership & transformation consultant, mediator, and senior facilitator whose work focuses on how individuals, organisations, and collectives navigate complexity, conflict, and change.

Kawtar founded Conscious Togetherness to address a recurring gap she observed across sectors:

Without addressing these layers together, change efforts often remain partial or short-lived.

This work engages the full ecology of organisational life.

At the core of Kawtar’s work is a systemic model of cultural transformation that recognises change must occur across four interdependent levels:

Personal — the internal conditions shaping how individuals interpret pressure, regulate themselves, and exercise leadership.

Relational — the quality of communication, trust, conflict navigation, and collaboration between people.

Cultural — the shared assumptions, norms, and behavioural patterns that define “how things are done.”

Systemic — the structures, incentives, policies, and power dynamics that reinforce or undermine organizational integrity with effectiveness.

Katarina Archer is Co-Architect of the Next Generation Human Operating System™ and Director of Learning & Corporate Engagement  at Conscious Togetherness.

She co-leads the design and corporate implementation of the firm’s human performance systems — helping organisations strengthen regulation, clarity, and decision-making in complex, high-pressure environments - including AI-accelerated environements.

With over a decade of experience across multinational teams and organisational systems, Katarina brings grounded insight from client services management and the insurance sector — industries where communication, risk, and emotional demand intersect daily. Her work is rooted in real-world organisational complexity.

In addition to her corporate leadership, Katarina is a Wellbeing Leader, Mental Health First Aider, and trained Forest Therapy Guide. Her approach integrates evidence-based nervous system literacy with sustainable, nature-informed regulation practices — bridging performance and wellbeing without sacrificing either.
